It is the mission of the West Monroe Marshal’s Office to organize and manage the service of civil process throughout Ward 5. This includes the execution of judgments, the enforcement of court orders, and the issuance of other legal court documents. This also includes providing security to the West Monroe Court House and the courtroom by providing trained and POST Certified bailiffs during all court proceedings both civil and criminal.
